3. Bike Workouts
Get on a bike and pedal as fast as you can for 60 seconds. Than pedal with a moderate pace for 2 minutes and do that for half an hour.
4. Leg Lifts
With this exercise you will engage the lower abdomen muscles, which are very difficult to develop. You will also engage other muscles in your legs when you lift them up towards the ceiling while you lay down on your back.
5. Burpees
If you do burpees for 60 seconds you will burn 15kcal. You will also burn fat with this exercise and improve your metabolic process.
Stand tall and jump back into a plank position. Then, go back in and jump up while standing tall. Do 3 sets of 5 burpees and increase the number of sets as you gain more strength.
